iphonesx to the purchaser of certain iphonesx Products, that are new and unopened in which it is specified on the online product page that this Lifetime iphonesx Limited Warranty applies (collectively, “iphonesx Covered Products”) that the iphonesx Covered Product is free from defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the iphonesx Covered Product. iphonesx will, at its discretion, repair or replace defective iphonesx Covered Products for the usable life of the product. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, you may also have other rights which vary from State to State.

Exclusions and Limitations

This Limited Lifetime Warranty applies only to iphonesx Covered Products that are free from damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, mishandling, improper installation, operation outside of the permitted or intended uses, modification, flood, fire, earthquake, upgrades or servicing by anyone other than an authorized iphonesx Service Provider; and/or products which have had the serial number removed or defaced and clearance/garage items.

THIS WARRANTY AND REMEDIES ARE EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, REMEDIES AND CONDITIONS, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN, STATUTORY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. iphonesx SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL STATUTORY OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND WARRANTIES AGAINST HIDDEN OR LATENT DEFECTS. TO THE EXTENT REQUIRED BY LAW, SUCH STATUTORY OR IMPLIED WARRANTY SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THE EXPRESS LIMITED WARRANTY AND TO REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT AS DETERMINED BY OTHER WORLD COMPUTING IN ITS SOLE DISCRETION. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

iphonesx IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM ANY BREACH OF WARRANTY OR CONDITION. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
